Co.Creating a Conscious Culture is an active, creative and social collaborative process where knowledge and perspectives are combined in a common framework.

This process is driven and guided by the Leadership Team where stakeholders are engaged, collaborate and commit to the development of a conscious culture, which is in alignment with the business strategy.



1. Be conscious

Raise awareness and become conscious about inner mental models, behaviors and responses and their impact on the organization, the relationships with others and the individual.

2. Collaborate

Integrate perspectives of key stakeholders (customers, team members, suppliers, investors, community) to reach alignment, engage and prepare them for a conscious cultural change process.

3. Create

Create a conscious culture plan that supports the business strategy and fosters conscious behaviors across the organization to achieve the desired culture.

4. Commit

Implement and put in place behaviors, symbols and systems to achieve genuine culture transformation through the commitment of every stakeholder. Measure and track progress. Learn from experience and start again the conscious co.creation cycle.

What guides our approach is our belief in “Conscious Capitalism”. According to recent research, Conscious Capitalism has four tenets: higher purpose, stakeholder integration, conscious leadership, and conscious culture and management. The four are interconnected and mutually reinforcing.

Higher Purpose: Purpose is the reason a company exists. A compelling sense of higher purpose creates an extraordinary degree of engagement among all stakeholders and catalyzes creativity, innovation, and organizational commitment.

If I see myself as a branch, pruning means dead; but if I identify with the tree, pruning means life. This metaphor reflects probably the most complex human dynamic in organizations, one that is described as “silo mentality”. When helping our clients deal with specific human challenges we incorporate the systemic perspective in designing solutions that are “good for everyone”. We accomplish this by incorporating “systemic weight” and system-subsystem dynamics into change, strategy and execution. We help embrace and deal with complexity as human nature.
